**MEN — WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CHECKED YOUR TESTOSTERONE?**
Military service can put the body through years of stress: deployments, disrupted sleep, injuries, long hours and constantly operating in fight-or-flight mode.
Over time, that can affect hormone health — including testosterone.
Low testosterone can show up as fatigue, low motivation, reduced strength, mood changes, poor sleep, lower s*x drive and that feeling of simply **not being yourself anymore.**
And it’s important not to automatically write everything off as “just getting older.”
Get your levels checked. Know your baseline. Ask questions. Pay attention to what your body is telling you.
On **The Goode Show**, Dr. Carol Bender and I get into men’s hormones, testosterone and how years of military service and chronic stress can affect the body.
🎙️ **The full episode drops TOMORROW on The Goode Show.**
