My biggest tip is to provide an authentic and value-driven comment that allows them to improve their work. This will show them that you are actually listening to them and appreciating what they are creating rather than simply giving a copy-and-paste reply.

This appreciation of their work will develop stronger ties with whoever your target market is and will put you in the front of their minds when they need your services.
