Today’s at Balboa Park felt extra special, moving together under the trees, breathing fresh air, flowing to live music with , and sharing so many smiles. Being the last class of the year, it turned into a beautiful little holiday celebration with the best energy and community.

Huge thank you to Yerba Mate for keeping us refreshed and energized, such a fun and generous way to end the year ✨

What a month.
Work, family, friends, community, music, long nature walks… life has been full, busy, and beautiful in its own imperfect way. As we approach Thanksgiving, I feel a deep gratitude for the present moment.

This has been the most challenging year of my life. I went through every emotion possible. Losing my boyfriend so suddenly changed everything. It taught me how fragile life is… and how sacred each day truly is.

But as the year comes to an end, I can finally see the balance shifting toward the light. I learned that I am stronger than I ever imagined. I am resilient. And somehow, in the middle of all the pain, joy found its way back into my days.

Grateful for the love around me, the people who lift me, the work that inspires me, and the simple moments that remind me I’m alive.

Here’s to being present.
Here’s to healing.
Here’s to finding beauty in every moment.

As a Brazilian, I’m not built for this cold SD weather 😅
And every year around this time… allergy season hits me hard.
So today I booked myself a moment at for a full reset.
27 minutes of infrared sauna = pure magic.
A little detox, a little circulation boost, deep warmth… exactly what my body needed.
I did some pranayamas, my nose finally opened up, and I walked out feeling so relaxed.
Amazing what 30 quiet minutes with no phone and no noise can do.
Since I was already there, I treated myself to a facial with Ami, and now my skin is glowing and I feel human again 😂✨
If you’re feeling under the weather too, highly recommend a spa moment.
By the way, they’re also running a great special: buy a $200 gift card and pay $150. Perfect time for some self-care.

Today I finally went to and guess who was doing a collab? Brazilian chef
The moment I heard she was making Brazilian Hot Dog, my mouth watered instantly. I just trusted it would be good… and wow, I’m so glad I went.

We walked in and Yara greeted us with a shot of cachaça, on a Monday. 😂
But you know… full experience. And as my grandma used to say, “cachaça cura tudo.” “Cachaca cures everything”

The hot dog? Exactly what I imagined: comforting, flavorful, nostalgic.
Yara is incredible, so much love, joy, and Brazilian energy in one chef.

A huge thank you to and Yara for creating such a fun, casual, community-driven experience.
This is why I love business like The Friendly: people show up, they support, and the food is always top quality.
My heart (and stomach) are happy. 💚🙌🏾✨

Been fighting allergies for days and it’s been raining nonstop… but today the sun finally peeked through and gave us the prettiest skies and even a rainbow. 🌈✨ Mission Beach never disappoints.

Moments like this remind me how important it is to balance life. As a 48-year-old mama to an almost-grown 16-year-old who’s suddenly driving and becoming independent, life is shifting in the sweetest, strangest ways. And while I’m such a people person and used to need to be surrounded by energy all the time… today I deeply appreciate the quiet. The space. The reset.

Nature teaches me so much. Every walk feels like a reset. A reminder that after a few cloudy days—literally or emotionally—the light always comes back.

Taking it all in. 🙌🏾✨

One of my favorite dining experiences in San Diego ✨ never misses a detail, from the atmosphere to the service, and of course Chef creative seasonal menus.

This Enchanted Oasis theme is pure magic, every corner feels like a dream. It’ll be up until November 2, so you still have time to experience it before they transform the space again for the holidays. ✨

What an incredible opportunity to capture the Game Changers event for with . ✨

I had the joy of photographing so many inspiring moments, but one of the highlights was featuring my dear friend, the amazing vegan chef Her food is as extraordinary as her warm, vibrant personality — a true gift to anyone who gets to experience it. 🌱💫

The evening was filled with creativity, connection, and unforgettable flavors. Truly a delightful night!
