Yes I tried “humming”
. Have you tried? Sounds weird if you are a stress ball like me 😅 But in desperation to calm my nervous system and gut from my recent Bali infection (more about that in my histamine highlight) , humming actually activates your vagus nerve, the body’s built-in calm down switch.

Your vagus nerve runs from your brain to your gut
it’s like the body’s hotline to chill

I tried it two days ago and brooks was surprisingly good at it lol when we did it together I could NOT STOP LAUGHING at first bc it was so out of my comfort zone

But it actually is super soothing and works

I have been coaching women with their health and bodies for almoso decades and here is what I want you to know..

Most women do not plan to change their body or habits and fall off track.

The usually just have a moment that starts with staring at their reflection and thinking, “Wait
 when did I start feeling this blah?”
And “what happened”

Then they say “I wish I could find the motivation” or “I will start after the holidays.” Or
 “It’s my age and its too hard I should just accept it”
