"What do you eat" Things have definitly changed being 54 now... BUT I have never veered from my stance..
Here are my rules:
MOSTLY Unprocessed Natural Real Food
I eat when hungry. Never Stuffed, Never Starving is my rule
I focus on adding in so much of the good and that makes less room for the "Not So Amazing"
I do modified fasting- meaning atleast 14 hours between last meal of a day and first meal of the next
The majority of my carbs come from plants
I DO make my main meals protein focused BUT I do not STUFF IN the protein
Very low glycemic
