Arctic Sweden 🧡 Every season has its unique charm up here, but autumn has always been my favourite.

For the crisp air.
The softening light.
The return of the stars and night sky.
Birch leaves shimmering like coins in the breeze...

It's that undeniable feeling of shift in the air - nature preparing to exhale while asking me too to slow down, ground, and listen.

This fall, I'm inviting 12 women to come experience this with me - along my brilliant retreat partner and cohost Melanie Sands of vidasanaretreats.

This will be a special one, dreamier beyond anything I've ever co-created before.

Locking eyes with the wild ones ❤️

Each time I’ve had this privilege in various places around the planet, I’ve found myself wondering;

How can anyone claim there is no higher intelligence or soul inhibiting that being?

That moment, a few minutes before the final glow of the day transitions into night.

I love roaming trails I can barely see with my eyes at first, until they adapt and I suddenly can.

It’s something primal about it, and I’ve learnt through countless experiences of hiking in the dark, that even under a new moon we can see more that we may think, without a headlamp.

That said, I’m equally fond of the sweet moment when I eventually get to return to an inviting refuge like this; embracing me with the warmth of friendly faces and the enticing smell of home-cooked food.

Perhaps this is why I’ve got so obsessed about creating retreats that offer a similar dance; of venturing out into untamed landscapes and get exposed to whatever Mama Nature decides to bring on that day, before returning home and remembering we can be both wild and civilized at the same time.

I think somewhere there - in dwelling in that intersection of sensing who we are, where we came from and the potential that rests inside of us - we can become the medicine and forces of change the world craves.

A few impressions from my time in the wild lands in and around Torres del Paine National Park in southern Chile last month, while staying at the gorgeous Tierra Patagonia.

This high-end eco lodge is unquestionably a sweet base for anyone looking for a full nature immersion - Queen style - while also learning more about the enormous importance to keep areas like these wild, through their small army of passionate local guides.

The lodge itself is designed to blend in with the landscape and give nature centre stage, and the vegetation that was removed for the construction was kept alive and replanted around the lodge once it was finished.

In my utopia, this would be a non-negotiable practice when building almost anything.

I feel so blessed for experiences like these; getting to learn from big dreamers and doers about different ways to use travel and business in general to challenge the status quo, and inspire ripples of positive change in the world.

Although I’m all about capturing and sharing visual beauty, perhaps my favourite part about travel is imbedded in the invisible;

In the perspective shifts, realizations and changes within that each journey awakens.

I’ve been blessed to be on the road for 6 months by now, in some of the most S P E C T A C U L A R wild places on Earth, several of them dream destinations of mine for a very long time.

It’s not always a dance on roses even when you’re living your dreams, but I’m filled with so much gratitude for the whole journey.

Many things have been brewing in me lately, and I’m over the moon eager and excited to be inviting you to participate in some of it very soon ❤️

Magic is in the air, I hope you can feel it! If not, maybe this snow-covered volcano under a pink sky in Chile can inspire you ✨

I could go on and on about the experiences, people, wildlife encounters, new horizons and professional wins that made this past year absolutely incredible for me, but I’ll spare you.

Just want to wish you a wildly beautiful start of 2025, and remind you that you are an amazing being far more capable than you may comprehend, able to create whatever reality you desire.

And you absolutely should, cause the best gift you can give yourself, and the world, is a life you love.

Dear all! My personal facebook account was hacked and suspended a few days ago so I wanted to let you know I now only have limited access to this page.

The main problem is I CAN'T seem to REACH MY INBOX and therefore not read or answer any of your messages 💔

“Arctic Wellness and Wildness” - A women’s adventure through northern Sweden // April 2025 ✨

So, here it is. Another little passion project I’ve been working on for a while, created with a lot of love, together with .

Ever since I started doing women’s retreats in my arctic backyard I’ve been fantasizing about doing something a bit bigger, a bit more spicy and diverse.

To pull together an international tribe of women who are craving sisterhood and purposeful travel equally as much as rejuvenating time in nature, and design an adventure to some of my favourite places all over this lesser known corner of Europe.

I wanted it to be lined with a small army of badass female entrepreneurs in the nature tourism & culinary business, who truly radiate passion for the work that they do.

And, now it’s happening 💗

It will be a wild journey for the tastebuds just as much for the eyes, heart and adventurous spirit, topped off with a generous sprinkle of arctic wellness - with me as main guide, host and photography mentor.

Where? All over Swedish Lapland, starting in Luleå.

When? Well, the first round pretty much sold out in 24 hours yesterday (😭❤️🙏🏼) but we decided to launch another trip which just opened for bookings! (Link in bio)

I seriously cannot wait!!! ✨
