Deep Ecology is associated with the Earth First movement, which I was apart of in the late 90's. I have always loved this phrase and concept.

"It's not as expensive as not feeling good". Absolutely loved interviewing local farmers and vendors at the Leucadia Farmer's Market last weekend. Shop local this holiday, and let's debunk the myth that farmer's markets are too expensive. Thank you Sage Hill Ranch Gardens for talking with me, and the carrots were amazing!

This holiday season, I’m skipping the big chains and hitting up my local farmers market instead. 🛍️✨ Talking to these incredible local merchants from reminded me how every dollar spent here positively impacts my community. It’s not just shopping—it’s supporting real people, real families, and the planet. 🌱🎄

Deep ecology is the philosophy that all plants and animals on Earth are equal to humans, are intelligent like humans, and we must restructure our society to value all living things if we are going to survive, have a healthy planet, and save the Earth. Let’s change our mindset and reconfigure our personal connection to nature. S**t is s**t – but we can learn to turn it into great soil. Let’s explore better ways to live.
