CNC Operator responsibilities include:

Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling.
Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

Job brief

We are looking for a competent CNC Operator to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. Your job is important since some materials are not easy to shape or handle manually or with conventional equipment.

CNC Operators are highly skilled professionals, able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential.

The goal is to produce high quality parts and materials by programming machines to perform the right operations.
Responsibilities

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling etc.
Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading prints.
Ability to understand offsets, origins, etc on prints to setup CNC machines
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

Requirements

Experience as CNC operator
Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges.)
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
Computer savvy with basic understanding of G-Code
Mechanical aptitude and math skills
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
Good communication abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in machining.
Successfully completed apprenticeship is required

Apparently Facebook in it's sense of 'total fairness' has decided to suspend pending deletion our 39,000 member FB Group 'Calguns Members' for a 'Community Standards Violation' although we were not told what that was nor when it occurred.

In the screenshot of the notice the suggested remedies are changing the name, changing the cover photo or deleting posts.

The name; there are several pages using the Calguns name and none of them have been shut down. A quick search shows thousands of groups with 'gun' in the title.

Cover photo; it's the Constitution for crap's sake!! While everyone knows that FB wishes the Constitution didn't exist the idea that a cover photo of our founding document 'violates community standards' is laughable.

Deleting posts; I and several other Admins have gone through the page and can not find anything that is not easily and readily available in hundreds of other FB groups. In fact there's less graphic, vulgar or offensive stuff in Calguns Members than in most groups period.

We're looking in to how to restore the group but for now 39,000 California gun owners, shooters, collectors and competitors have been silenced with no explanation given

Guess what buddy, they are 2.5" concrete screw x4 anchored in.

Also, we have two cameras with line of sight to each other to catch this stuff.

He did it while we had people on-duty ... who are also armed.

San Diego’s Parallax Tactical Announces Retail Fi****ms and Accessories Closing

San Diego, CA, July 26, 2018: Parallax Tactical, a San Diego-based fi****ms dealership that specializes in sporting rifles, gun parts, accessories, ammunition, gunsmithing, modifications, coatings, and laser engraving today, this week announced they will be officially closing their retail over-the-counter fi****ms and accessories operations in the coming weeks, with an accompanying clearance sale to be announced.

At the same time, Parallax Tactical will remain open for ammo and firearm transfers, gunsmithing, laser engraving and Cerakote.

“Despite our retail fi****ms and accessories closing, we will still host firearm and ammo transfers, as we believe in responsible gun ownership at Parallax Tactical,” said Chen. “We want to thank everyone for their patronage and support over the last 10-years, and look forward to what the future has in store for our dealership businesses.”

Founded close to a decade ago by Joseph Chen when AR-15 builds and “Evil Black Rifles” were unheard of in Southern California, Parallax Tactical blossomed into a dealership that provided absolutely everything to local marksmen.

“As a fresh-faced 21-year-old UCSD transfer student from the Bay Area, the home to the birth of the Off-List Lower, I was confident that the legal standing was there to bring AR-15s to San Diego,” said Chen. “I immediately applied for my FFL01 License and Parallax Tactical was born. I would go to school during the day, running the store until closing and then doing inventory and shipping by night. I was putting in 100+ hour work weeks. I hired a few employees from the UCSD Gun Club to help me out.”

Today, Parallax Tactical has a sister company, Formula Arms, which specializes in manufacturing of fi****ms parts and accessories. And another self-registration turned into a search warrant and destruction of 3k of rifles. OP should fully expect to be prosecuted with a felony for thinking he was doing the right thing. Featureless is probably the way to go.
