"I had never done this before."

Julia Kelly from Rigits Bookkeeping and Accounting just wrapped a full day of shooting with us:

- Multiple scripts
- Multiple setups
- Zero film experience walking in

Her words, not ours: "We had a lot of scripts to get through, but they made it so easy... easier than I thought it would go."

This is the part of the job we love most! Not the gear, not the lighting, just watching someone walk in nervous and walk out saying that wasn't so bad.

They need the right reef, the right light, and about twenty minutes before the sun drops behind the horizon.

We took J.Valdi's cover-up collection straight to the source, La Jolla's Windansea Beach, sandstone cliffs and all, right as the sky turned gold. Fitting too, since J.Valdi designs out of Southern California; this is the coastline their pieces were basically made for.

Two models, golden hour, real ocean air, the kind of texture you can't fake on a c*c wall.
