Take it from this former dolphin trainer and self-professed behavior nerd šŸ¤“ HOPE is a LEARNED BEHAVIOR.

I’ve spent 15 years of my life understanding and utilizing behavior modification techniques in professional settings. And guess what? Hope is not an emotion. It's a cognitive process that can, in fact, be strengthened.

Curious to know more? I’m hosting a free webinar that will teach you how to hope again. Register here! https://literallyworkingthroughit.com/cultivating-hope

This webinar will be recorded, but those who attend live get a chance to win bonus offerings. HOPE to see you there! šŸ˜‰

Post-Grief Anxiety has been overwhelming for me at times. I’ve always been a worrier, and grief has proven to me multiple times that there’s a sh*t-ton of things I could worry about.

But post-grief anxiety makes me want to shrink my life. I don’t want that. I want my life to be BIG, because this life is all that I have.

So I have to constantly work to counter-balance these competing urges: shrinking into perceived safety and bursting forward into big experiences.

How has post-grief anxiety affecting your life?
