If you’re a runner and training for a goal like me, it can be disheartening to get sidelined by an injury. But sometimes you can learn so much from that!
I am healing Runners Knee and have been incorporating strength training a few times a week while trying out compression socks and a knee brace.
All of it is working and I’m so so so grateful!! Rock n Roll Half here I come!!
