New studio build is coming along great! 1200 sq/ft with 14’3” ceilings.
Each room will be on its own engineered floating floor ( goes in next week)with the walls to that room built on the each floating floor, 2 leaf wall and ceiling system, the ceiling 2nd leaf will be on isolation hangers and dropped down into each room separately,400 lbs doors, a kitchen, bathroom, full rv hook ups, it’s own drive way, parking for 12-15 cars.
Views of the golf course and valley, there is a seasonal creek right next to the studio that adds to the creative vibe,
a full bar and restaurant across the street,
This is miles above the last studio, with 100x as much money and thought put into it.
