Hypebomb is devoted to bringing you the best and most diverse music you will ever hear. Although we are grounded mainly in Hip Hop, you will hear bits of jazz, alternative, metal, reggae, latin, electronica, and R&B represented as well in the music provided by our artists. Hypebomb Records was founded by Shontaye "Def Shon" Lucas, and we have grown to become a powerhouse on the San Diego scene, releasing full length debuts from Def Shon, Far From Ya Average (F.F.Y.A.), and the upcoming album by the incomparable Haywyah with digital distribution by the legendary Def Jam Recordings. We have always done everything independently and given 120% to this music and to our city! The future is now! We will overcome!
