I I just listened to a podcast with Donald Miller, and one quote really stood out:
“The only things humans spend money on are things that solve problems. If you haven’t clearly communicated passively or directly what problem you solve, it’s very hard for people to understand why you matter.”
I love this because, over the years in business, I’ve seen so many clients say, “I have an amazing product or service I should be at the top!” And while that may be true, the real question is: Have you identified the problem you solve? Have you become known for that in your industry?
🗣️Donald Miller emphasizes that once you pinpoint the problem you solve, you need to talk about it constantly. The bigger the problem, the more valuable you become because people pay attention to those who provide solutions.
