New murals were in the works outside Bibbey’s Shells and Rocks last week. Brandon Estrada, artist at HQ Tattoo on Palm Avenue, with the help of friends and other artists, gave the building’s exterior a new look featuring a shark, an underwater scene with mermaids, and an octopus.
