As a seller, I do not automate feedback. I wait until feedback is left first. What is your preference as a seller?

Why don't buyers contact the seller directly first if any issues? We can usually resolve the issue and quicker than initiating a refund/return request. Especially when buyers cant figure out how to close or cancel those requests. Had a buyer start a return request and in the message said wanted a replacement DVD instead of refund. Well then why didn't you message me first instead of starting a refund/return request? OK. Rant over.

So apparently the movie "A Serbian Film" is a controversial movie. So much so eBay sent me a notice and took my DVD listing down within 10 minutes after I created it. Had no idea on this one.
