She's also the niece of Tom Brady, who's called her the best athlete in the family, and Kevin Youkilis, the two-time World Series champion married to Tom's sister Julie.

That mix of talent, work ethic, and family support helped carry Maya from youth softball to UCLA record-breaker, pro ball in Japan, and now the No. 1 pick in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League draft.
