Gourmet Style for Special Occasions
Ingredients:

Steak Preparation:
2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick, seasoned generously with salt and pepper)
2 tbsp olive oil
Shrimp Preparation:
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
Spices: ½ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper
Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Cooking Instructions:

Preheat skillet with olive oil. Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side to achieve a golden crust. Adjust timing for doneness. Let steaks rest while preparing shrimp.
Toss shrimp in spices, then cook in the same skillet until pink and juicy (about 3 minutes per side).
Create the sauce by melting butter in the skillet, adding garlic to release aroma, then mixing in parsley and lemon juice.
Return both steak and shrimp to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and warm for a minute.
Plate the steak with shrimp on the side, finishing with extra sauce drizzled on top.
Serve With: Grilled asparagus and garlic bread for a luxurious meal.

Crock Pot Bang Bang Chicken recipe:

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs (cubed for easy shredding)
1 medium onion, finely diced
6-7 garlic cloves, minced
A pinch of kosher salt and cracked black pepper
1 can (14 oz) creamy coconut milk
1 ½ cups sweet Thai chili sauce
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
3-4 tbsp sriracha (depending on spice preference)
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)
Handful of chopped fresh cilantro
Optional toppings: jasmine rice, lemon wedges, sesame seeds, chopped peanuts, extra sriracha

Directions:
Layer chicken, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in your slow cooker.
Prepare the bang bang sauce by blending coconut milk, chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice in a bowl. Pour evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
For a thickened sauce, whisk cornstarch with ½ cup of the cooking liquid, then stir back into the slow cooker. Cook on high for another 30 minutes.
Shred the tender chicken directly in the pot, ensuring it's well-coated with sauce. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Serve with jasmine rice and let guests customize their meal with toppings like peanuts, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sriracha.
