🚨 California Landlords: This Court Ruling May Impact Your 3-Day Notices

On June 26, 2025, the California Court of Appeal issued a decision (Eshagian v. Cepeda) that could affect how 3-Day Notices to Pay or Quit are interpreted in eviction proceedings.

While this isn’t legal advice, we want to make sure you're aware of some key takeaways discussed in the case—so you can stay informed and know what to review with your legal counsel.
