After Arepas en Bici was created, I said I was never going to work for somebody else, My dream was to open Arepas en Bici and rush into business and I'm really glad I didn't, I have learned a lot by taking my time and I want to make sure I'm happy when I make such big commitment.
I contradicted myself and found myself working for someone now, but for once in my Chef life, I truly feel appreciated, which makes me work harder and better.
I find myself as a Personal chef, a role I used to think was a fantasy or look down on because most never felt the pain of being behind a line, but I have found time to learn and improve my skills more and more,
I'll be honest if you think my arepas were amazing in 2020, I can only tell you they're way better now; with that said, my dream Is not dead, and I will eventually open Arepas en Bici, Inquiries for catering will always be reviewed and if my schedule can handle it, I'll make it happen.
For now, I really want to keep working on my mental health, making good food, and enjoying the wilderness and trails. Who knows, maybe I'll just start teaching you how to make my food on so that you can taste my food again 👨🏽🍳❤️
