Comfort is key especially with our underwear.

If you’ve been here for a while you may know about seamless set that I’ve spoke about in the past and now they have two new colours!

This set is genuinely one I wear soooo often so having it in multiple colours is a win for me.

I often get told “I wish I could be happy in my body like you are”. And I’m here to tell you that you can!

It seems impossible I know, it seems like you have to fit into a certain box to be happy in your body but it’s not true. It really just comes down to knowing you are more than your body and knowing you’re worthy.

I allowed myself to insult myself and judge myself as much as possible. I made myself feel worse by allowing those thoughts to sink into my brain.

But here’s the thing, we only get one body, we only get one life and there is no point spending that at war with yourself. You deserve more and even if you don’t believe that right now I’m here to tell you it.

My number 1 tip is please don’t insult yourself, you don’t deserve it. Think of that little baby you and how you are talking to them! Treat yourself how you would your best friend because I know damn well you would not talk to them that way.

It takes time, it takes practice but it is always worth it. I believe in you 🫶🏻

It’s a beautiful thing to be able to get past your insecurities and that’s not to say they don’t pop up from time to time but it means they don’t consume you. I love these photos and once there was a time I wouldn’t have been able to even look at them.

Softness, stretch marks, cellulite, saggy b***s, hip dips, a belly button that’s not perfectly round are all things I see so much beauty in now and you can too, believe in yourself and be kind to yourself🫶🏻
