Let's talk about refining your messaging.

Here's how to refine your messaging so people know exactly what you do, how you help them, what your program is about, etc etc etc ....

You effing TALK. 💗

You talk about your clients, you talk about their challenges, you talk about your coaching, you talk about your style of teaching, you talk about solutions to their problems, you share your wisdom, you talk about your offer, you share details about your program, you answer questions they might have for you, you talk about your niche, why you chose it, what growth you had, you talk about what's possible for them, and you talk about anything you think might be on their mind about you and your coaching.

Then, to make it better... you do the above AGAIN.... but this time, you try to make it less complicated, more simple, more clear.

Everyone wants a shortcut to great messaging --- there are two ways to have precise messaging:

1. You make a decision about your offer, niche, and program... and then you go hard doing the above as it pertains to your decision.

2. OR you give yourself permission to just talk your heart away until it gets clearer for you. The more you take action imperfectly, the clearer it gets for you.

THAT IS IT. That's how it's done.

There is no secret recipe. There is only the recipe you decide on.

And here is what I offer you...

Stop focusing on having better messaging and start taking ACTION.

Start talking, start writing, starting recording, start playing with marketing... do this as imperfectly as possible.

Put your ego aside and make all of your marketing about your people.

THIS ENERGY.... this is what create six-figure messaging.

2021, my second year in business, I blew my own mind.

I let go of the timeline of success and I surrendered to learning and growth. I have more than I received. I couple dozens of incredible humans and I made more money than I ever asked my past jobs to pay me.

I have helped my clients through a process I’ve seen tested over and over again.

This is the work we do within our mastermind — we focus on becoming the best in the industry, we don’t rush our growth, we focus on serving our community AND bringing cash flow in.

Wanna know the number one skill that will increase your sales?
Talking to yourself nicer.

Your ability to calm your mind and have compassion with yourself will directly affect the way you show up in your marketing and on sales calls.

How? Because your brain is hella rude. It's build that way... and it's rude because every time you do something brave again — your brain wants to protect your from that vulnerability.

So when you brain says things like...

"That emails sounds stupid."

"That webinar you wanna do, nobody's going to go."

You're never going to hit your goal."

Practicing awareness & acknowledging these thoughts as something your brain does instead of them meaning something about you.

When you give yourself the kindness and freedom to be yourself, trust your decisions, be a beginner, and to be misunderstood…
You make more money.

You make intentional decisions.

You build trust.

You think about your clients.

You get to work to help them get results.

And in return... you make more money.

Stop trying to sound perfect, and more further along than you are.

Trust what your brain wants to share and share it often & imperfectly.

The moment your brain wants to make it sound “better” or look “prettier” is the moment you choose your ego before your clients.

This past weekend I attended We All Grow Summit. It's a three day personal development conference for Latinas and Latine folks.

I felt so at home. I felt so welcome, I felt like I could relax my shoulders.

I felt safe to be fully me.

There was a moment at one of the pool parties, while I was talking to a fellow Latina. I realized that within this group of people -- I can never be "too much."

I watched dozens of loud ass, proud ass, thick ass, Latinas dance, laugh, and just be themselves. They tango'd around the pool and when Bad Bunny and Celia Cruz came on, the crowd went wild.

Nobody was "too much" -- it was just our normal. Honestly, it was beautiful.

I thought to myself, what would happen if we all showed up this way at our jobs or in our companies.

What would happen if you stopped being afraid of pi***ng people off or saying the wrong thing?

Who would you be if you said what you really think on client calls?

How would your celebrate yourself? Would you tell the world how proud you were for getting another client? Would you share your thoughts with your audience without filtering them?

What is your "too much?" Why is it your "too much?"

What I learned at this summit is that we all need to welcome ourselves to be "too much."

Our "too much" is exactly what our business needs to hit new revenue goals. Our "too much" is exactly what our clients need to see.

Showing up as our "too much" heals us.

This week and for the rest of the year, I challenge you... BE "TOO MUCH!"

Say what you mean. Be emotional. Make mistakes. Learn as you go. Give yourself permission.
