Overcoming Self Doubt🤨

What Does It Mean to Self Doubt?
Self-doubt refers to a lack of confidence in oneself or abilities. It's a feeling of uncertainty or hesitation about one's thoughts, actions, or decisions. When someone experiences self-doubt, they may question their own competence, worthiness, or judgment. This can manifest in various aspects of life, such as work, relationships, or personal goals.

Examples that can lead to Self Doubt:
Rejection in friendships/relationships. 😢
Rejection letters from prestigious colleges. 🎓
Rejection emails from job positions/companies. 🏣

Do these examples define you of who you are? NO!

Some tips I use to help overcome self doubt.
Set Realistic Goals:
-Having baby step goals to reach the bigger goals. 🐣🐥🐤🐓
(Want to walk an hour straight, but will take 30 minute daily walks to build up to being able to walk an hour straight.) 🏃🏻‍♂️

Practice Self Compassion:
- Acknowledge that everyone makes mistakes and experiences setbacks, and remind yourself that you're worthy of compassion and respect. 🥰

Focus on Your Strengths: 💪
-Remembering all goals and dreams I have already accomplished.
(School🎓, Married😘, Kids🐥, Own Business📲)

Personal Strengths: 🫡 🖖
-I'm a people person
-I'm hands on
-I'm patient and kind.

It's easy to self doubt, but harder to the overcome self doubt. Put in the effort and hard work to overcome the self doubt, and it will create something in your more power than you can know it.
