Their vows were brief. There were no long speeches or elaborate promises. Instead, they looked at one another and simply said.... " I love Us" . Meagan and Kelvin chose to celebrate their wedding at the magnificent California Academy of Sciences — a venue that perfectly reflects who they are. As proud self-proclaimed geeks, they wanted to be surrounded by the things they love most: science, nature, animals, and discovery.

Throughout the evening, guests were free to explore the museum, wander among fascinating exhibits, and enjoy a truly unique private event experience. But while the setting was extraordinary, the most memorable moment came during the wedding vows.

Their vows were brief. There were no long speeches or elaborate promises. Instead, they looked at one another and simply said:

"I love us."

And somehow, those three words said everything.

Because at the heart of every great marriage is something deeper than simply loving yourself or even loving another person. It's loving who you become together. It's cherishing the life you build side by side, the memories you create, the challenges you overcome, and the joy you share along the way.

"I love us" became the theme of the entire wedding day—a simple yet powerful reminder of what marriage is truly about: two people choosing, every day, to spend the rest of their lives together, and loving the journey they share as one.

Cake with Teras. As a wedding videographer, capturing the cake cutting is simply part of the job. I’ve filmed countless cake cuttings over the years, and most follow a familiar routine. But every once in a while, a moment becomes something much more.

At Marcy and Vance’s wedding, the cake cutting began just like any other. The couple smiled, shared the moment, and everything seemed perfectly normal. But as they raised their champagne glasses and looked into each other’s eyes, something changed.

You could feel the love between them.

Marcy suddenly became overwhelmed with emotion. Tears began to flow, and she couldn’t stop crying. There was no script, no direction, and no performance. It was simply a genuine reaction to the realization that they had made it—the wedding they had dreamed about was finally happening, and this moment marked the conclusion of a beautiful day surrounded by the people they love.

As they stood there together, looking at one another, the joy, relief, gratitude, and love were impossible to miss. Marcy kept wiping away her tears, but they kept coming. These were tears of pure happiness.

This is why we do what we do.

Not just to document events, but to preserve the unscripted moments that reveal the heart of a love story. Moments like this allow not only the couple, but everyone who watches their film years from now, to feel exactly what they felt on that day.

A beautiful reminder that the most powerful moments are often the ones nobody plans for.

You can't say "NO". Six years ago, when Chris and Joyce first started dating, they created handmade “blank coupons” for each other — special little promises that came with one rule: the other person “could not say no.”
Fast forward six years later to their wedding day.
Before the ceremony, the couple shared a beautiful first look — that quiet, emotional moment when they saw each other for the very first time as bride and groom-to-be. Right after seeing Joyce, Chris handed her a small gift box.
Inside was one of those original handmade coupons from six years ago.
But this time, the blank space had finally been filled in with a single question:
“Will you marry me?”
And just like the original rule of the coupon… Joyce wasn’t allowed to say no.
It was such a sentimental, full-circle moment — a beautiful reminder of how love can grow from something playful into something deeply meaningful. We feel honored to have captured this memory for them and help preserve this moment forever.
