π΄ Easy overnight oats π΄
βΆ Rolled oats
βΆ Milk of your choice
βΆ Greek yogurt
βΆ Chia seeds, nuts, berries
βΆ Maple syrup or honey
1β£ In a small jar, stir together the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, nuts, and dried berries. Add maple syrup (or another sweetener).
2β£ Put the jar in the fridge and let everything soak for at least ~2 hours or leave it overnight.
3β£ Before eating, serve with fresh berries on top!
