Take a deep breath.
Inhaling through your nose. Allowing the air to fill your belly.
Exhaling out your mouth. Allowing for your shoulders to relieve any stress they’ve been holding.
Place your hands on your heart and repeat after me.
I am abundantly grateful for what I have right now in my life.
I believe so deeply in myself that I know I am on the right path , even when challenges arise.
I am worthy, deserving, and enough just as I am. And I mean that with every ounce of my soul.
I am a powerful creator of a potent and beautiful life.
I focus my attention on what I DO want vs what I DONT - therefore attracting more of what I WANT vs what I DONT.
I am grateful for you , ( say your name ). And I love you.
Take one last cleansing breath. Breathing in all that you shared with yourself.
And exhale out - with a smile.
