Bernie and the Believers were on “NPR All Songs Considered” today. The song “Unusual Girl” from the Bernie and the Believers album Connection was submitted to the 2018 NPR Tiny Desk Contest and is featured on today’s episode.

Please help fund The Movie, an amazing documentary about Margaret Cho’s homeless outreach campaign inspired by the philanthropy of Robin Williams.
After the death of her friend Robin Williams, Margaret Cho took to the streets with the mantra “Don’t grieve Robin, BE Robin.” What started as Margaret busking on the corner with a guitar case, rapidly turned into hundreds of musicians, comedians, and homeless advocates spreading food, clothes, money, and awareness in an amazing humanitarian street theater experience.
The film that captured these events, is not only entertaining, but deeply moving and above all else inspiring.

How does this campaign help the homeless???

If we reach our goal, the film will continue to serve as a way to raise money for the actual fund as Margaret and performs can't always busk on the street. The film will do the traveling and raise awareness for the cause.

Help The Movie make it to the big screen with a donation. A little goes a long way, and let’s face it, a little more goes even farther.
