- Best and Cheapest myth-

This is something that some customers will want. And those are the type of clients you should AVOID.❌

There's always going to be people that want the best service but they also want the cheapest. That doesn't exist.
In life you're always going to get what you pay for. If you're always trying to get stuff for free or cheap then likely you won't get anywhere.

There's a reason the highest performers in the world yearly spend thousands, if not much more, on themselves. They spend that on coaches or events that will help them improve.
They know that even 1 big insight can change your life.

This is something low performers don't understand. They're always looking for the next shiny object. They want everything to be done for them, with minimal effort, and ideally free.

Those are the people that will be in the exact same position in 6 months as they are now.
It's not up to you to convince them otherwise. They are not your ideal client nor in my opinion people you want in your life.

It's better to move on to people that want to invest in themselves and know that it's the best investment they can make.

💥They will pay for quality.💥

The freeloaders are the ones that will drain your energy. Energy better spent elsewhere.
Be mindful who you spend time with as that's who you will become.

So if you run into people or potential clients that are always skeptical or always looking for the cheapest price, run the other way.

Focus on quality in all aspects of your life and your life and business will be much better. And will have much better people in it.

What's something you've done to invest in yourself lately?

If this crucial aspect of your process isn’t spot on or draws people in then everything becomes harder. It’s actually surprising how many entrepreneurs and companies don’t have an engaging clear sales story. Even if you’re a solopreneur this is essential.

What are you doing this weekend to unwind? I’m about to play some tennis and take a yoga class later, although I’m not always that healthy. Other times I like to go out for a few drinks or binge eat junk food. I think it’s important to just do some things just because it’s fun. Sometimes we get so obsessed with achieving that we’re treating ourselves like work robots. had a great quote in her Netflix special “Joy is not a constant. It comes to us in moments - often ordinary moments. Sometimes we miss out on the bursts of joy because we're too busy chasing down the extraordinary moments. Other times we're so afraid of the dark we don't dare let ourselves enjoy the light. A joyful life is not a floodlight of joy. That would eventually become unbearable. I believe a joyful life is made up of joyful moments gracefully strung together by trust, gratitude and inspiration”. It’s important to appreciate the more ordinary moments.

When reading is a bad thing.

There’s lots of advice and people out there “read every day or read a book a week”, and on the surface there’s nothing wrong with that.

Reading is definitely one of the best things you can do to learn new mindsets, new skills, new perspectives. I’m always reading some type of book(the one here is Principles by Ray Dalio).📚

🤔So when is reading bad?

💡It’s a bad thing when it turns you into an information ju**ie. That’s when you’re always just consuming information. Does that sound familiar? We all do it sometimes.

It makes us feel like we’re being productive when we’re actually just consuming and not learning, not applying. There’s a difference. Most of us only remember 20% of what we read and a week later we haven’t applied anything.

It’s actually better to read LESS books and make sure the one you’re reading you’re applying and learning. You can do that by taking notes while reading and/or teaching someone else about the book. One of the best ways to learn is to explain different concepts of the book to someone else. It actually helps us learn.

📚What’s a book you’re reading or have read that you’ve applied the most?Let me know👇

🔥How to get raving fans and how to grow your Instagram

If you focus on these 5 tips you will grow your Instagram with the type of audience you want.

1) 5 Second Test: This is basically your profile. Does it capture attention. Does it convert new followers. Does it show social proof. And does it have a call to action. It needs to be very clear what you do, how you’re different, and why I should follow you. If I can’t sum it up in 5 seconds then it’s not a good profile

2) Content that relates: This means that your content has to relate to your audience. This means figuring out exactly who your audience is. Don’t say everyone. Don’t say everyone that’s into travel. Or everyone that’s into fitness. WAYYY too broad. Get specific. Is it women in their 20’s and 30’s into fitness? Is it budget travel for millenials? Get as specific as possible.

⭐️As they say, the riches are in the niches.

To find which content works for your audience, it’s easy. Find some influencers in your niche and see which of their posts are doing the best. It always blows my mind that people don’t double down on what works.

Same for your own profile, what does best? Double down on that.

3) Direct Traffic: Tell what to do in the post and bio. Tell them why they should click the link and what they’ll gain. Give them a reason to engage, but tell them exactly what to do.

If you want engagement tell them to comment on your new post to get a free audit of their IG profile or free e book or free tips sent to them or whatever else you can add as value.

4) Cultivate a network: engagement pods can work but just not how people usually use them. Choose 7-8 people that are similar in size and audience as you. As in they have the audience you want as well. Not the exact same thing but similar. Maybe it’s a vegan profile that focuses on millenials and you’re a fitness coach for millenials. That’s perfect for both of you. You can both benefit.

5) Develop strong culture: This is creating your community. What are you doing to make them feel part of something? What culture are you creating.

How we made $12k in 2 days and the power of sales skills.

The one thing that can make you more money right away this month isn’t bitcoin, real estate, social media, personal brand, or any of that. Those can all work and we do social media as well, obviously it’s a big one. But all of them should be secondary in your business.

👀The number 1 is SALES.

And I’m not talking social selling or going through LinkedIn, ads, or anything fancy. I’m talking about direct selling. Prospecting. CALLING.

It blows my mind how difficult we make starting a business. Does this sound familiar: post every day on Instagram, post on Youtube, snapchat, twitter, blog, create content every day. Also create free webinars, fb ads, instagram ads, LinkedIn ads. While you’re doing all that also don’t forget to do email campaigns.

Wow, I’m tired just reading that list. And so many gurus talk about that every day. talks about creating content every day and documenting. But honestly if you have a business that shouldn’t be your first priority. What should be? You guessed it, Sales.

Again all of these other things can definitely work and we do them too, but they shouldn’t be the first priority. Focus on what gets you the big wins first then start expanding into other avenues.

💥How did we make $12k on a sales consulting gig in 2 days? Because of our sales.

In the simplest terms, we direct contacted them, figured out their pain points, showed how we could help with that and closed it in an in person meeting. Not complicated and maybe not flashy, but still the most effective way to do it.

The price we were able to ask is because we knew our target and what they could afford, we knew how much we valued what we were providing, and we knew how much value it would provide them. After that it’s just showing them that. And most importantly we were very CERTAIN about it.

💡Psychology in this whole deal was probably the deciding factor and something we’ll get into more in the future.

So if you have a business or if you’re starting one, are you focusing on the most simple but effective thing? Are you calling your targets directly?

Let me know what you’re running into below.👇👇

Why sales is one of the biggest keys to success in your life EVEN if you don’t work in sales.

We’re going to be making some changes

My brother, , and I will be changing this page to what we’re doing now. Which is sales consulting and social media marketing. So we’ll be giving lots of tips, strategies, and tactics on business and entrepreneurship. There will also still be a big psychology aspect to it because that’s a passion of mine but also because in any business psychology is 80% of the time one of the biggest factors.

We’ll also be making videos and giving away all of our best stuff for free. For example we’re making a video that’ll be released soon how we got a 2 day $12k sales consulting gig.💥💥

And of course let us know any videos or topics you want to see covered. I know closing is something that many mentioned in the last few posts, we’ll definitely get into that.

Happy friday! What do you have planned this weekend? There’s nothing wrong with having fun in the weekends, I like to as well. But there’s a problem when you’re living for the weekends. When you hate your monday-friday and can’t wait for it to be over. Hating that much of your life, which work is, seems very sad right. Start figuring out what you really want to do and start doing it on the side so you can look forward to Monday as much as to Friday. 👊🏻

Why sales is one of the biggest keys to success in your life EVEN if you don’t work in sales.

Sales has a bad reputation because so many just think of the sleazy car salesman or someone being very pushy. That is not sales. And what if I told you that you’re always selling. Every. Single. Day. So why wouldn’t you get good at it?

You don’t always realize that you’re selling. But aren’t you on a daily basis trying to influence or convince someone of something? Have you ever tried to convince a friend to adopt a healthier lifestyle? Have you tried to convince your girlfriend or boyfriend to wash the dishes more or be cleaner? Have you tried to expand your business and get more revenue?

I’m sure everyone has tried at least one of these things at least once. On a daily basis we’re trying to influence people, if we’re aware of it or not.

Now that you’re aware of it, it’s time to improve it. Whatever your definition of success is, it can go higher with the improvement of your sales skills.

The first step in figuring out how to improve your sales skills is knowing which parts you’re good at and which parts you’re weaker in.

What are the parts?

1. Prospecting and Qualifying
2. Preapproach
3. Approach
4. Presentation
5. Handling Objections
6. Closing the sale
7. Following up

All of these are huge topics by themselves and can get very intricate. But this is the framework you want to work with.

What part are you weakest in right now? Let me know below and I’ll create a video that goes in depth into improving that.

San Francisco was a great weekend trip to reflect and figure out what I want to do next. I went there for a seminar for psychology/self development and got one big insight👇
-
For a long time I’ve been searching for meaning or a purpose. 12 years ago it was still tennis, that was first passion. After that it’s been hard to find something else I’m as excited about.
-
But this weekend I received some simple but good advice. Instead of looking externally to give you passion and excitement, start inside. When you were 5 years old you weren’t constantly worrying or thinking about your purpose. You were excited and passionate about life. You tried things out of curiousity and stayed with the things you liked. But you weren’t looking for something to give your life meaning
-
I think sometimes we look outside ourselves in relationships, materialistic things, experiences, careers, etc to give our life meaning. But those things mean you’re dependent on something or someone else to give you the emotions you want in your life
-
It makes more sense to start living your life with these emotions and then you’ll attract things and similar people in your life that fit these emotions.
-
For me those 3 emotions are love, excitement, and passion. And what I’m striving towards every day. What emotions do you lead with?
