Banana Split Pie
Decadent No-Bake Banana Split Dream Pie
Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 cup chocolate syrup
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
Layer the sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese layer.
Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
Cover the pineapple layer with the thawed whipped topping.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the whipped topping.
Decorate the pie with maraschino cherries and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Carrot Pineapple Cake
Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil, eggs, and flour. Stir in baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Fold in carrots, walnuts, and pineapple.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Citrus Bliss Lemon Meringue Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 lemons, zested and juiced
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup homemade or store-bought lemon curd
2 egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in lemon zest and juice. Pour over crust.
Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Mix sour cream and powdered sugar; spread over cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes more. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Spread lemon curd over cheesecake. Beat egg whites in a clean, dry bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue over lemon curd, swirling to create peaks.
Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until meringue is lightly browned. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cherry and Chocolate Delight
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and coffee powder.
Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla to flour mixture and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in boiling water until well combined (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool cakes in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread cherry pie filling on top of one cake layer, then top with a second cake layer. Frost with whipped cream.

Ingredients:
4 pounds corned beef brisket
1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 large onion, peeled and cut into wedges
1 cabbage, cut into small wedges
3 cups water
1 bottle (12 ounces) beer (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
Directions:
Place the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker.
Add the carrots, potatoes, and onion around and on top of the brisket.
In a large bowl, mix water, beer (if using), sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, and black peppercorns.
Pour the mixture over the brisket and vegetables in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the meat is tender.
About 1 hour before the cooking is done, add the cabbage wedges to the slow cooker.
Cook until the cabbage is tender but not mushy.
Remove the brisket and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve the sliced corned beef with the cooked vegetables and cooking liquid as a sauce.

Scrumptious Carrot Cake Cheesecake Fusion
Ingredients:
For the carrot cake layer:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

For the cheesecake layer:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs

1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
For the cream cheese frosting:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

Directions:

Luscious Strawberry Swirl Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup sliced strawberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Beat eggs in a large bowl until thick and lemon-colored, then gradually add sugar, water, and vanilla, beating continuously.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into egg mixture gently but thoroughly.
Spread batter evenly in a greased and floured 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
1 oz peanut butter whiskey (e.g., Skrewball)
2 oz heavy cream or milk
Ice cubes
Peanut butter, for ri***ng the glass (optional)
Crushed peanuts, for garnish (optional)
Chocolate syrup, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Glass:
Optional: Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the rim of your glass and dip it into crushed peanuts for an extra nutty touch.
Mix the Drink:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, peanut butter whiskey, and heavy cream or milk. Shake well until chilled and combined.

¾ pound farfalle pasta, uncooked
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup corn, frozen or drained from a can
1 ½ cups cheddar, shredded
Directions:
Preheat and Prep: Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until beef is browned and onions are softened. Drain excess grease.
Sauce and Simmer: Add Manwich sauce, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes to the beef. Bring to a gentle boil. Add farfalle pasta, cover, and let simmer gently, stirring occasionally.
