I noticed my ADHD brain has a lot of opinions and I have zero time to filter them.
So I built an app that does it in 90 seconds.
It’s called Nerrvz. These are the cards. They track your progress not in a journaling-app way, in a ‘swipe through, get called out, move on’ way.
Some of them are about failing. Because apparently that’s part of life, right!?
Some of them are about tiny wins. Because tiny wins are the only kind I actually have sometimes.
Some of them are just about living your life…which sounds obvious until you realize you haven’t been doing it!
It’s backed by brain science, hundreds of habit-forming practices. So the judgment is technically...clinical.
