Farhad Samari is a photographer based in Los Angeles and has been chronicling the rise of unique boutique brands in the denim market for the last few years. He has an eye for classic compositions and soulful timeless portraits. Check out his gorgeous work.

BETA SITE LAUNCH: Ceramacist Sara Paloma's beta site launched this week, to coincide with some amazing press profile she received this weekend. The full launch will be happening in the next couple of weeks, but in the meantime, take a gander at her stunning ceramic pieces, captured by photographer Tom Story.

ART DIRECTION: Yesterday, we shot catalog still-life images of famed ceramacist Sara Paloma's 10 year old collection. The studio is putting the finishing touches on the relaunch of her website and brand. A beta site is launching this weekend to coincide with some well-deserved press. These images were taken on set and represent just a small sampling of her gorgeous work.

ART DIRECTION: Today's location: Cut Creations Barbershop in the Mission District. Jason and I are working on a portrait series set in local barbershops and salons. The final result will be a mix of reportage and arresting stark portraits.
