9 Years Later

I’m coming out of 2025 a changed person—challenged, humbled, and reminded of what actually matters.

As I went through the photos, a few moments really stood out that I’m carrying into the New Year:

Ultimate Partner Winter Retreat — what could have been a disaster turned out amazing.

The WIT Network, Channel Focus + the podcast — supporting my friends Christine Bongard, Steven Karachinsky, Jason Graefe and having some truly iconic podcast conversations reminds me why I built this platform in the first place.

My accident + recovery — a near life-altering moment… and then leading a conference a month later. I don’t take any of that for granted.

Allie Menzione’s wedding at The River Café — being able to walk my daughter down the aisle took on even greater significance. One of Jackie and my favorite moments.

Italy, with new perspective — traveling with Jackie, able to walk again, climbing the steps in Siena, and taking in all that beauty with a full heart.

Our second Ultimate Partner® LIVE at Carahsoft — the community didn’t just attend. It came alive.

Microsoft Ignite Executive Breakfast at the St. Regis San Francisco — closing the year with a jaw-dropping moment.

And through it all: surrounded by family, a great team and incredible friends.

I’m ending 2025 with deep gratitude. There are angels who touched my life all year. I’m truly blessed for you.

Onward to 2026. Same mission. Even more purpose.

A day does not go by that I don’t think about not being here. How a moment could have gone 10% or 20% worse.

This morning I’m incredibly grateful to be here to celebrate this important time of year and share my joy with those I love.
