After a strong freshman year at University of Dayton, Mike Sharavjamts, transferred to USF and joined fellow Asian baller Junjie "Barry" Wang.

Mike Sharavjamts withdrew from the NBA draft and transferred from Dayton to USF, where he is the pride of one of the nation’s largest Mongolian populations.

Chloe Kim, Mitsuki Ono, and Xuetong Cai won gold, silver, and bronze respectively at Monster Energy Women's Snowboard SuperPipe. It's worth mentioning Bea Kim, who is also of Asian descent placed fourth in the competition.

First time in history all three competitors that podium are of Asian descent.
