Re: Lake D’Arbonne, 03/18/23 Boated my son and his partner this morning for the TBF Junior Louisiana Championship tournament at D’Arbonne. Only 17 teams registered. I think there were about 70 last year, I’m not sure why the huge drop-off, but since TBF only lets the top 10% move on, it meant only first place would advance from the Louisiana Championship this year....

Lake D’Arbonne, 03/18/23 Boated my son and his partner this morning for the TBF Junior Louisiana Championship tournament at D’Arbonne. Only 17 teams registered. Re: List your Aluminum Bass Boat Ride (Gas and Electric Powered) I’m fishing out of a 14’ Alumacraft MV1448NCS. I bought the bare hull and set it up for the way I want to fish. I’m fishing by myself and fishing smaller electric motor only lakes. I have a 40lb minn kota on the transom and a 45lb minn kota on the bow. Depending on the wind I can fish 6 to 7 hours on one battery and still have about 50% left. This old man won’t fish longer than that anymore anyways....

Re: Chair, Butt/Casting Seat, or No Seat? Unless you really like sitting down while fishing a full front seat just gets in the way. A butt seat is way smaller and you can lean on it if needed and it sometimes keeps you from falling out of the boat if you hit a stump/catch a bad wave. For the back if he doesn't want one just take it out....

Pre-Spring fishing is a blast I heard there was a new early pre season there. Planning a trip to St Lawrence in early May, Ontario side. I know Erie is open.
