Today we’re taking a look at a true classic in lucha libre history — the Konan mask. You might see this mask very soon as there is a new luchador under this mask.

Konan is a legendary luchador who left his mark not just in Mexico, but all over the wrestling world 🌎. In the late 80s and early 90s, he became one of the most popular stars in Mexico, often wrestling under a mask before eventually unmasking later in his career.

This black and white design is sleek and powerful — representing Konan’s early masked days, when he stood out as one of the top técnicos (good guys) in lucha libre. His charisma and energy helped inspire a new generation of fans, and he later went on to influence wrestling promotions in Mexico and the U.S.
