Educational Access Television extends learning opportunities to San Francisco’s diverse communities by showcasing a wide breadth of high-quality educational programming.

EATV's vision is to provide the highest value in educational access programming and related services to cable subscribers in the City of San Francisco. EATV showcases information and experiences aimed at broadening the horizons of its viewers and, it is hoped, positively affect their perceptions, understandings and ultimately their quality of life.

Housed in the Creative Arts Extension Building at the Ocean Campus of City College of San Francisco, Educational Access Television broadcasts twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week on two cable channels - EATV1 (Comcast Channel 27/Wave Channel 27) and EATV2 (Comcast Channel 75/Wave Channel 31).
