Hope everyone is having a great day out there wherever you’re spending your weekend!

Earlier I told Emerson Drake that he could share things and add some local commentary on this page and be one of the people who posts local things. (It’s something I’m trying to do for you guys as an act of service)

I was expecting Emerson to have a blog or share his own posts and making it clear it was him. That was made very clear to him. However when he posted I don’t think he made that clear at all.

I myself have no opinion about anything whatsoever going on in Modesto politics at all.

So I’m making this post to make it clear to anyone monitoring my well-being by reading into posts here. I didn’t make that post. I’m doing great and incredible things are happening in my life. I have never been better and I have lost all interest in Modesto politics.

From the PD: “Detectives with MPD’s Property Crimes Unit arrested 35-year-old Jeremy Gress from Modesto on 5 counts of burglary and one arson charge.

Detectives had been investigating a spree of burglaries that began in early January.

Using surveillance images, they were able to identify Gress as the responsible in a burglary at Smart Foods on 10th Street on January 8th and a burglary at F.Y.E. on McHenry Avenue on January 9th. Gress has also been charged with a burglary at the Dino Gas Station on 9th Street that occurred on January 30th. In addition to the burglary charges, he faces two counts of attempted burglary at two other local businesses and an arson charge for attempting to torch a window at one of the businesses he was attempting to burglarize.

Just another example of our detectives’ tireless efforts towards driving down the crime rate in our city.”
