There’s a new neutral in town—and it’s anything but boring. 🤍
Universal Khaki has officially been named 2026 Color of the Year, a joint pick from Sherwin-Williams and HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams.
Warm, grounded, and quietly confident, this elevated neutral strikes the perfect balance—subtle green undertones, zero heaviness, and endless versatility. Designed to work seamlessly with stone, plaster, wood, and metal, it’s the kind of shade that anchors a space without stealing the spotlight.
A modern classic for layered interiors, Universal Khaki proves that mastering a neutral is all about nuance. Dependable, chic, and built to last—this is beige’s cooler, more thoughtful older sister.

Union Square came alive last night as the Union Square Alliance and San Francisco magazine hosted Casino Royale, kicking off the holiday season downtown. Held at Chotto Matte, guests enjoyed city views, elevated cocktails, casino-style games, and a festive spark from tequila sponsor Clase Azul, all in support of the Union Square Foundation’s mission to revitalize and re-energize the neighborhood.

Publisher Autumn O’Keefe summed it up best: “This event shines a light on the heart of our city… We’re proud to partner with the Union Square Alliance and the Union Square Foundation as we uplift this incredible neighborhood.”
