The dining table is not just furniture. It’s where people come together, communicate and share.

In Feng Shui it reflects how resources flow and how abundance is experienced within a home.

When I walk into a space and the table is covered in bags and post, or no one ever sits down to eat, I already know wealth isn’t flowing properly in that home.

A mirror reflecting the bed is one of the most common things I address in a bedroom consultation.

In Feng Shui a mirror facing the bed bounces energy around the room while you sleep. Your nervous system never fully switches off. Rest is disturbed. And the quality of restoration your body needs overnight is compromised.

It also affects relationship energy. A mirror reflecting the bed can create a sense of a third presence in the room. And over time that subtly affects intimacy and connection.

The fix is simple. Move the mirror and replace it with something that does not reflect the bed, or at the very least cover the mirror at night.

Your bedroom should be a sanctuary. Everything in it should support rest, restoration and love.
