🎙️ We’re so proud to partner with ! Program Leader Eliza Hicks took a moment to share her thoughts on the positive impact of working with WAM through our Girls on the Mic program. From building creative confidence to opening doors in audio and music, partnerships like this is what makes our work matter.

As we look ahead, we’re inviting our community to help sustain and grow programs like Girls on the Mic for future generations. A Board Legacy Match donation is a meaningful way to invest in long-term access, equity, and opportunity for girls and gender-expansive youth in audio. ✨ WAM Spotlight: Macey Larson ✨

Meet Macey, our incredible LA intern! Currently studying Film & TV Sound Design at Chapman University - with a minor in Women’s & Gender Studies - Macey found the perfect match in WAM’s mission. 🎧💫

She’s already worked on 20+ short films as a supervising sound editor and re-recording mixer, plus several feature films as an assistant sound editor and foley editor. Her dream? To become a supervising sound editor - and she’s well on her way!

We’re so proud to support Macey as she builds her career and connects with a community of women and gender-expansive creators in audio. The future is bright! 🌟
