Born in Reno, Nevada, Dominic became Deaf due to a life-altering car accident in childhood. His journey from trauma to transformation has shaped his voice as an authentic, fearless creator who uses storytelling to inspire, educate, and build comm

unity. Dominic’s creative path began early—acting on stage at just 6 years old, and by his early teens, he was already producing short films and vlogs. His breakout into the digital world started in 2014 with Our1stDeafLife (O1DL), a YouTube series that blended humor, raw storytelling, and Deaf identity. This launched a long-standing career in content creation, ultimately evolving into the foundation of his production brand, LuVisiMedia. He is the founder and CEO of multiple projects, including:

🎥 LuVisiMedia – A creative production house for Deaf creators.

💬 Deaf Schizophrenia – A mental health advocacy platform bridging Deaf awareness with lived experience.

🌐 Project – A bold online movement focused on Deaf hustle, identity, and daily vlogging. Dominic is known for his unfiltered honesty, sharp editing, cinematic flair, and relentless energy. He’s produced over 1,000 videos across platforms like YouTube, Threads, and X (formerly Twitter), capturing everything from daily life, mental health struggles, and Deaf culture to travel vlogs and motivational messages. Diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2021, Dominic became one of the few Deaf creators publicly documenting his experience with the condition, breaking the silence around stigma in both the Deaf and hearing communities. His commitment to realness, vulnerability, and advocacy drives all his work. Dominic’s motto:

Dominic LuVisi is an YouTuber and an Entprepreneurship, Advocating Deaf Community, and Helping Deaf Business Social Media Growth in the future. Dominic was born on July 2nd, 1999 in Reno, Neavda. I am 20 years old. He is a fully Deaf person. He has been making videos and posting these as a YouTuber. He is always creative with different things using videos. People enjoy watching his Youtube Channel. Dominic is the the last of four children (he has two older sisters and one older brother) born to Debbie. My sisters name is Melissa and Veronica. My older brother name is Damon.Dominic was born hearing. His mom fell asleep while driving during a long road trip with four kids in tow, including him as a toddler, and the car flipped thus causing all of us out of the car. That was when he became Deaf. He experienced being on a stage for the first time at the age of 6 in an elementary school and he loved it instantly. When he moved to SoCal from Reno, Nevada during middle school, he started to become more involved in different film projects such as directing, producing, and editing different video performances/stories. Dominic also won Mr. Middle School at CSDR's annual pageant. Dominic became fascinated and involved with YouTube when he started to watch and explore different genres within YouTube. He is a strong ASL storyteller and he knows he can share his talent with the world through media.
