12 weird foods I’d actually eat if I wanted a 6 pack
1. Pickles – Low calorie, salty craving killer
2. Ice (let me cook) – Blend it up and add some zero-cal Kool-Aid mix. Literally tastes like a slushie
3. Kimchi – Probiotic, basically zero calories
4. Mustard – Such a great addition and makes boring food elite
5. Sugar-free jello – Sweet craving destroyer for like 10 calories. I always keep these in the fridge
6. Bone broth – High protein, low calorie, super filling for how light it is tbh
7. Chia seeds (measured) – Absorb water, expand, help digestion stay consistent
8. Cottage cheese – Slow-digesting protein that keeps you full
9. Cucumber + Tajín – Volume food that feels like a snack
10. Egg white wraps – High protein, almost no carbs, keeps calories low
11. Air-popped popcorn – High volume for low calories if you don’t drown it in butter
12. Frozen berries straight from the freezer – Takes longer to eat = less mindless snacking. Sweet cravings gone

If you can relate to most of these, your body is working the way it should.
1. You wake up before your alarm and actually feel rested
Your body’s circadian rhythm is synced. Your gut is producing melatonin properly. This is rare.
2. You p**p at the same time every morning without thinking about it
Like clockwork. No straining, no waiting. Your digestion is moving waste out before it recirculates toxins.
3. You’re not bloated after meals
Food goes in, gets processed, and moves through. No swelling, no discomfort. Your gut bacteria are balanced.
4. Your energy stays steady all day, no crashes
No 2pm slump. No needing a nap. Your gut is converting food into usable energy the way it should.
5. You don’t need coffee to function
You drink it because you want to, not because you’ll collapse without it. Your body produces energy naturally.
6. Your skin is clear without a 10-step routine
No random breakouts. No constant redness. Your gut isn’t pushing inflammation to your face.
7. You don’t crave sugar after eating
You finish a meal and you’re done. No dessert obsession. Your gut bacteria aren’t hijacking your brain.
8. You fall asleep within 10 minutes of laying down
Your gut produces 90% of your serotonin which converts to melatonin. Balanced gut = easy sleep.
9. Your mood is stable for no reason
No random irritability. No unexplained anxiety. Your gut-brain connection is working properly.
10. You feel light after eating, not heavy
Food gives you energy, not a food coma. Your digestion is actually digesting.

Here’s the thing:

If you read that list and couldn’t check off more than 2 or 3, that’s not normal. That’s common. There’s a difference.

Common = most people deal with it
Normal = how your body should actually work

All of these signs point to one thing, your gut health.

When your gut is off, everything else fails. You stay bloated, puffy, and soft no matter how clean you eat or how hard you train.

I dealt with almost none of these until I fixed one thing. Took me less than 30 days.
