Women’s History Month may be over, but the work, leadership, and perspectives of women—especially in business—continues every day. At Daffodil, we’re *proudly* women-founded and women-led. That’s not just something we say — it’s something you can feel in how we operate, how we show up, and how we lead. This year’s theme, *“Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations,”* is a reminder that the way we lead, support, and show up can help shape what’s possible for tomorrow.

From day one, our goal was to build a business that reflects what we believe in. We wanted to create a warm work environment and a supportive place to work that empowers women both personally and professionally. We believe the more you’re in tune with your authentic self, the more confidence you can bring in to work and life, and so we lean hard into helping the team understand their individual values and uncover what makes them tick - how they give and receive feedback, how they lead, how they thrive, and what boundaries they need to put in place to be the most successful versions of themselves.

Our founders, Jenny & Sarah-Maeve have 4 daughters between them so girl empowerment runs deeps at Daffodil.

Supporting women isn’t something we reserve for March. We believe that true progress happens when we move forward together—and lift others as we go. Here’s to the women who educate, inspire, and keep showing up—not just in March, but always. 💛

Seeing the full picture sometimes means stepping back—and printing it all out. 🖼️

Jenny Dearing led an amazing workshop at the recent Daffodil Retreat: Brand Audit—Seeing the Full Picture.

In this hands-on, visual session, the team mapped out the broader marketing ecosystem of a brand — social, email, web, in-app, and more—to assess how the full experience comes together (or doesn’t). With red and green stickers in hand, we explored what’s working, what’s not, and where new opportunities are hiding out.

Jenny brought a sharp eye, a thoughtful framework, and decades of experience helping teams navigate moments of growth. This session gave us space to pause, realign, and see the work we do in a whole new way.

We’re grateful to Jenny for leading such a thoughtful, interactive session—and for giving us new tools to have in back pockets as we advise our clients on their marketing strategies. ✨

But here’s the thing: while AI is amazing for efficiency, it can’t replace the creativity and human touch that make content truly connect.

At Daffodil, we see AI as a powerful tool to level up the way we create and manage content for our clients. Sure, it can handle the heavy lifting, but it’s our strategy and human insight that make sure the content we produce doesn’t just fill a feed—it resonates.

For us, AI is about enhancing creativity, not replacing it. When used right, it helps us supercharge our social media strategies, but the heart of our work is always about real, human connection.

At Daffodil, spring has always been meaningful to us. It was in this season, nearly 10 years ago when we started this journey. Our name is of course inspired by the daffodil — a flower that symbolizes new beginnings, growth, and for us the bold decision to start something of our own.

Leading with intention starts with knowing yourself—and Ali Dunn helped us dive deep into exactly that.

Leadership coach and Enneagram expert joined us for a truly insightful workshop at our retreat - Harnessing Your Inner Leader: Overcoming Self-Doubt and Leading with Purpose, helping us explore what it means to lead with authenticity. She guided us through identifying our core values—those guiding principles that shape how we show up in our work and lives—and challenged us to think about how we can bring them forward even more. We also took a closer look at the difference between our inner critic and inner leader, learning how to recognize and shift between the two.

Ali has a gift for making big leadership concepts feel approachable and actionable, and this workshop was such a valuable deep dive into self-exploration and how to better step into our leadership power. 💥

Last week, we got the whole team together IRL for our 2025 Daffodil offsite—and nothing beats the energy of being in the same room.✨

From tarot readings (shoutout 🔮) to leadership deep dives and brand workshops, we spent two days sharpening our skills, sharing ideas, and reconnecting as a team. And yes, we absolutely balanced it with good food, happy hours, and a much-needed spa day.

2024 Wrapped: Social Media Manager Edition

I’m back from the In Goop Health Summit and feeling totally inspired. The event brings together a group of thought leaders for conversations on physical, mental, emotional, and sexual well-being with lots of female empowerment sprinkled in. They truly created such a meaningful experience with powerhouse speakers like Vanessa Marin and Ella Bell Smith, followed by Gwyneth’s panel with Cameron Brink, Beatrice Dixon, and Trina Spear.

It was all just so incredibly well done. was the sponsor and the entire team sported their new line in the prettiest neutral-y beige colors. Milk Studios was flawless and all of the pop-ups were perfection - makeup, hair, massage, tarot, B12 shots, functional elixirs, fragrances, crystals, lingerie, athleisure, all the best Goop products, and so much more.

It was a whirlwind of a weekend down in LA with my PIC and business/leadership coach, , but we were both so glad we made the effort and spent the time. We met lots of female founders and it was great to mingle and browse around in a space I feel so damn passionate about, more than ever these days - women’s health and wellness - and to be surrounded by so many other likeminded ambitious females. And did I mention that gift bag! 🤤
