Last week, we took a look at the candidates running for office in Covina. Over the course of several weeks, we attempted to speak with all candidates, but only half agreed to interviews. We also looked at campaign finance records to understand how each candidate's campaign was funded.
Documents revealed thousands spent on campaigns from a dissolved business, real estate companies and developers who regularly had business before the city, and payments between campaigns.
