This week’s Metro cover story looks at the rise of film photography as it rebounds amid a sea of digital images. Photographers are turning to analog cameras and film processing, highlighting both the challenges and rewards of the medium. Local labs and communities are reporting increased activity as interest grows in traditional methods of image-making. Read “Back to Analog” by Panashe Matemba-Mutasa on page 10.
