Two people were killed when a cargo plane skidded off the runway and crashed into the sea near Hong Kong International Airport on October 20. The Boeing 747 freighter, operated by ACT Airlines, was returning from Dubai when it skidded off the runway and crashed into the sea. Four people were rescued, two of whom were killed and several others are missing.
