LEAN Mean CLEAN Taco Skillet😏🌮 Recipe: - 2lbs 93% Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey. - Taco Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder (Season to taste. I eyeball it..) - 1 Diced Entire Yellow Onion (yellow is superior..) - 1 TBSish Minced Garlic - 2 Large Bell Peppers or a handful of Little Ones..( Red is my personal FAV). - 2 Small Diced Zucchini - 1/2 Jalapeño Finely Diced (Optional). - 1 Cup FRESSHH Salsa (Sometimes I double this). - 1 Whole Lime Squeeezed - 1 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro Additional Add-ins: - 1 Cup Cheddar/ Pepper jack Cheese on TOP of finished cooked Skillet. ( sometimes I add fat free cheddar). - Corn..or whatever else you put on a taco. Use your imagination. - MIX with 2% Cottage Cheese OR Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt for BONUS PROTEIN and elevated taste bud experience. 😏 Macros: Macros are basically from the Meat you use. This skillet is meant to be GUILT FREE. I don’t track Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Zucchini or Limes… they ain’t going to make you tubby.😉 Watch those additional add-ins though 🤪
