This is a delicious Courgette tart with whipped ricotta, lemon and basil oil. I haven’t been on TikTok for a while but it’s good to be back. This is a great seasonal summer recipe that you can throw together in no time. Light and absolutely delicious these flat tarts are so easy to cook. Enjoy!

Broccoli pasta, an old school classic. Here with anchovy, parmesan and lemon, which such a beautiful combo. But if you don’t like anchovy of course just leave it out. Also works really well with cavolo nero or kale. Romanesco Broccoli is particularily good if you can find it and very traditional. Easy recipe, that takes no time at all to cook and is absolutely delicious. Enjoy!
