Might have been the night that was the Pinnacle of my life. Early 2000s Bad Company got back together on their tour they played the Greek theater in LA. My girl at the time Jessica got us in the concert and back stage. It was just her and me, Sean McNabb and his girl in the green room when Paul Rodgers walked in with a group of people. He said excuse me and he left his entourage and walked up to me and said "hey how are you, how have you been" i couldn't believe it he knew me, he remembered me. I said Paul you look and sound like your 17 again what's your secret? He went on to tell me "I don't do drugs. I work out taking karate and I have a love for life and performing" the conversation lasted over a half hour long and ended with a hug and a handshake! It took me a while to figure out how he knew me so well. Then I remembered. When he was on Atlantic records Clive Davis asked our band the Regulators to write Paul Rodgers a song. We did. The song was accepted Paul loved it. It never was released because of issues we had with Clive Davis. Anyway I wanted to share that story with anybody that hung in there to read this whole post! Thank you for reading this epic moment of my life! Thank you Paul for showing me love and respect. You will always be my favorite singer!! Thank you God for letting me taste Rock star status!
