Pepper Jelly with all the mini, red, end of summer peppers. about 2 cups chopped
5c sugar
1 c vinegar
Boil 10 minutes
Peppers were jalapeno and anchos.

Picked a pack of peppers today... incoming honey fermented cowboy candy! 🌶 🌶
I take Lacto-fermented sliced jalapenos, station them into a new jar then to with honey and let the honey ferment...yum! Yum! 🍯
