🪥✨ Big smiles at Discovery Play Preschool! This week we started brushing teeth together after meals. Our explorers are learning that taking care of their teeth is just as important as learning their ABCs. 💜

Brushing helps build healthy habits, encourages independence, and teaches our little ones the importance of caring for their bodies. Plus, it’s always more fun when we do it together! 😁💜

💅✨ At Discovery Play Preschool, our explorers had so much fun with our Dramatic Play Nail Salon!
Through this creative play, children practiced:

🌟 Fine motor skills – painting, filing, and “polishing” tiny nails.
🌟 Social skills – taking turns, role-playing as customers and nail techs, and using polite conversation.
🌟 Creativity & imagination – choosing colors, creating designs, and expressing themselves.
🌟 Early math & literacy – making appointments, writing “menus,” and counting out pretend payments.

Dramatic play gives our explorers the chance to step into real-world roles while building confidence, cooperation, and problem-solving skills—all while having fun! 💜

🎨 Discovery Play Preschool’s explorers had fun painting with paint sticks! 💜 These colorful tools let children create without the mess of traditional paints, while still giving them the freedom to explore their creativity.
